Position
- Current staff:
- Doctors: 1
- Support Staff: 2 DAs, RDHs
- # of chairs/Ops: 4-6 operatories; doctor runs 2 columns
- Schedule: 4 Days/week; Mon-Thurs 8a-5p
- Patients per day: 40-45 patients per day (hygiene and procedures)
- Patient age range: Pediatrics
- Payor make-up: 60% Medicaid, 40% PPO
Compensation:
- Compensation: 6-month daily guarantee; 28%-35% net production
- Earning Potential: $250k+
