We're hiring 20 Assemblers in Troy, VA and interviewing right away. No experience? That's fine. We'll train you.
This is a manufacturing company that builds metal products and equipment. You'll work on a team putting parts together, using basic hand and power tools, and checking your work to make sure it's built right.
What you'll do
- Put together metal parts and assemblies
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Check parts for quality as you go
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Work with your team to hit daily production goals
What we're looking for
- Reliable and on time
- Able to stand and work on your feet for your full shift
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Basic math (measuring, counting)
- Any warehouse, factory, construction, or hands on work is a plus, but not required
What you get
- $18 an hour to start
- Steady full time hours M- F 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
