Overview In this role you maintain and optimize cell site facilities across assigned locations, ensuring high availability and reliable service. You will perform regular maintenance, audits, and upgrades while evaluating network coverage and advising improvements. You handle fault triage, remediation, and issue escalation to keep the network running smoothly. This role combines hands-on field work with cross-team collaboration to strengthen connectivity in the South Eastern Oregon region. Responsibilities- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on cell sites and installations
- Maintain inventories and conduct audits
- Evaluate network coverage and propose improvements
- Troubleshoot, triage, and remediate network events
- Generate and manage problem-tracking tickets across systems
- Escalate issues to appropriate engineering teams
- Work in the field across assigned territory
- Meet physical requirements and support on-call rotations
Key requirements- Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience
- Three or more years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Ability to report to job site within 45 minutes to 1 hour for on-call coverage
