Overview In questa role you cultivate philanthropic support for Baylor Scott & White Irving Foundation by leading annual giving, donor engagement, and grant development. You will build strong donor relationships, grow a stewardship-focused donor funnel, and collaborate with foundation leadership to convert engagement into future major gifts. You'll manage campaigns, steward donors, and analyze data to improve results, all while strengthening community partnerships. This onsite position offers meaningful impact within a mission-driven health system.

Responsibilities- Lead strategy, planning, and execution of the annual giving program for the Irving Foundation
- Develop innovative donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship strategies
- Manage and grow the Clinton Howard Society (planned giving) and enhance donor experience
- Assess donors to identify and cultivate future major gift prospects
- Collaborate with Grateful Giving to cultivate donors with $1,000-$10,000 potential
- Oversee a portfolio of annual giving donors with personalized outreach and solicitation
- Drive year-end campaigns, direct mail, email fundraising, and donor acquisition initiatives
- Coordinate with leadership, marketing, and prospect research to maximize fundraising impact
- Analyze campaign performance, donor trends, and engagement metrics to improve results
- Develop and monitor fundraising metrics, donor pipeline activity, and progress toward goals
- Manage annual giving and campaign budgets with prudent stewardship
- Support grant proposals and related funding opportunities as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in applicable fields
- 5 years of experience in fundraising or philanthropy
