Overview In this role you oversee office and light industrial construction from concept to close-out, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and safety. You work closely with cross-functional and external partners to align stakeholders around common goals, while integrating Siemens sustainability and digitalization priorities. You act as a decisive, proactive lead who mitigates risk and drives transparent communication and executive-level reporting. This is a remote, time-zone-flexible position with impact across projects and teams.

Responsibilities- Lead office and light industrial construction and fit-out projects from concept to close-out
- Maintain active site presence to identify risks and ensure quality execution
- Develop project briefs translating customer requirements into execution strategies
- Own project budgets including contingency planning and change management
- Drive performance across schedule, cost, quality, and safety metrics with accountability
- Lead RFP preparation and contractor selection in coordination with cross-functional teams
- Proactively manage risks, resolve conflicts, and challenge stakeholders to protect outcomes
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners for coordinated delivery
- Collaborate with authorities through permitting and handover
- Implement Siemens guidelines focusing on Sustainability, Digitalization, and Safety
- Integrate Siemens building technologies into projects where feasible
- Champion digital innovation to improve efficiency and execution quality
- Prepare executive-level reports and present to steering committees
Key requirements- 10+ years of relevant construction project management experience
- 10+ years delivering complex projects with full ownership
- 10+ years leading cross-functional and multinational teams
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive-level insights
- Willingness to travel within the Americas (30-50%)
