You'll work within a manufacturing-focused team to manage leads, build proposals, and coordinate post-sale support, all while advancing the company's equipment adoption. The position offers hands-on training, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to influence ROI with high-impact demonstrations. Responsibilities- Consult with clients to identify production needs and budget to propose optimal CNC configurations
- Manage inbound leads and distributor opportunities with timely follow-up through the purchasing process
- Create equipment proposals, quotations, and ROI calculations using CRM/ERP
- Host in-person and virtual demonstrations for prospective buyers
- Maintain customer records, update deal stages, and manage sales pipeline
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and technical support for smooth handoffs after closing
- Participate in ongoing product training and industry trade shows or client visits
Key requirements- 2+ years in consultative sales, account management, or business development
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills with goal-driven mindset
- Technical aptitude to learn CNC controls, CAD/CAM software, and plasma cutting
- CRM/ERP proficiency and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Background in capital equipment or industrial machinery is a plus
