Overview In this role you will manage day-to-day HR operational service delivery within a shared services framework, ensuring accurate and timely HR processes. You will lead benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, and employee lifecycle activities, driving efficiency and compliance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, govern data and controls, and support scalable HR operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on process improvement, vendor management, and delivering a superior employee experience. You will shape how HR services scale to support a large, multi-state workforce and contribute to the company's operational excellence.

Responsibilities- Oversee HR operations including benefits administration, annual enrollment, leave policies, I-9 verification, and lifecycle processes
- Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and knowledge content to support service delivery
- Act as the point of contact for HR Operations workflows and Shared Services coordination
- Collaborate with HR Service Center, Benefits, HR Technology, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Relations, Legal, and others to ensure seamless operations
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline and standardize HR tasks
- Manage vendor relationships, review performance, and ensure accurate data transmission and invoicing
- Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and internal controls; manage data integrity and documentation retention
- Partner with HRIS and IT to maintain data integrity and improve system workflows
- Develop dashboards and metrics to inform continuous improvement and reporting
- Lead and develop the HR Operations team, manage workload and budget, and stay updated on HR trends and legislation
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- At least eight years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, compliance, data governance, and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, UKG, ServiceNow) and advanced MS Office/Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
