Overview In this remote Team Leader role, you will guide the Pension Administration group to support client plans and drive growth for Mercer Services. You'll be the SME on client plans, ensuring quality service, timely delivery, and effective use of AI-enabled tools. You'll collaborate with clients and Mercer consultants to resolve complex issues and shape day-to-day operations. Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day client and team operations with a focus on professionalism and urgency
- Serve as SME on client plans and administrative procedures and address day-to-day issues
- Embrace and apply AI and technology-enabled tools to improve delivery
- Ensure quality service, accuracy, and timely responses; lead training to keep team updated on plan and benefit regulations
- Manage client business processes and drive continuous improvement; may support multiple client teams depending on scope
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years' experience in defined benefit administration
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel and Word; MS Access and MS Project highly preferred
- Pension-related calculations experience
- Experience creating business processes for project implementation
- Ability to work a consistent schedule 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Ability to present complex issues/data clearly
