Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders and the SVP of HR
- Design and lead global HR strategies and transformation programs
- Facilitate executive-level change initiatives with cross-functional partners
- Drive continuous improvement of people experiences in a global workplace
- Influence and persuade stakeholders to build enthusiasm and commitment
- Lead and develop HR teams to deliver high-impact outcomes
Key requirements- 15+ years of progressive HR consulting experience with C-suite executives in a technology-related business
- 8+ years of experience leading and managing teams
- Master's degree in HR management or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to develop progressive global HR strategies and drive people-focused improvements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills across levels
- Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives with senior sponsors
- Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience with global operations and cross-cultural collaboration
