Responsibilities- Assist with HRIS testing, process documentation, workflows, configuration, and system settings
- Review employee records for accuracy and resolve data discrepancies
- Support benefits enrollment data integrity, qualifying life events, and coverage changes
- Assist with benefits invoice reviews and reconcile enrollment with payroll deductions and vendor records
- Run standard HR and benefits reports and assist with audits
- Track completed employee incentives and process payments to FSA/HSA accounts
- Monitor health insurance arrears for employees on FMLA/LOA
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and benefits information
Key requirements- Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Up to one year of experience in HR, benefits, administrative support, or data entry
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including V-Lookups; comfort learning new systems
- Ability to handle confidential information, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to identify, define and resolve problems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- UKG or other HRIS (preferred)
- Basic understanding of employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement)
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate) with V-lookup
