• Open to new graduates

• 400 patient panel size maximum
• On site labs, EKG and Echos
• Large staff of support: Nurses, MA s, Care Team, Case Manager, Social Workers, Outreach Specialists
• Athena EMR

Benefits:

• Salary: $250k for new graduates, $250k $295k for experienced physicians
• Annual incentive bonuses with payouts between $45k - $85k
• Sign On Bonus: $15,000
• 25 PTO Days
