Position Highlights: - Join a collaborative eye care team providing comprehensive vision and medical eye care
- Deliver patient-centered care with support from experienced ophthalmology specialists
- Diagnose and manage a variety of ocular conditions and eye diseases
- Provide refractive care, including contact lens fittings and therapeutic lenses
- Collaborate on post-cataract and laser vision correction patient care

Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive compensation range: $121K - $275K annually
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for eligible external candidates
- Initial guaranteed salary with transition to a production-based compensation model after 6 12 months based on practice volume and productivity
