Rich environment spanning Trauma Level I cases, nationally recognized endovascular and structural cardiovascular procedures, robotics, thoracoabdominal surgery, pediatrics, and OB - all at a Level II community hospital with a strong CRNA workforce and academic affiliations with FIU, Barry University, and FAU. Details:
• Anesthesiology coverage across two hospital campuses - plus an outpatient surgery center
• Combined OR capacity of 21 rooms at DMC (including cardiac) and 6 ORs + 2 OB rooms, with an additional OR coming online
• Team of 7 attending physicians with a 1:4 physician-to-CRNA ratio
• 5 call days per month (24-hour shifts - main and OB); post-call physicians are not contacted unless staffing is critically short
• Rotating batting order system for OB call - structured and transparent
• Weekend coverage handled by a dedicated weekend team; night float in place at Delray for overnight coverage
• Academic affiliations with FIU, Barry University (SRNAs), and Nova Southeastern (CAAs)
• Call schedule published 3-4 weeks in advance
• $35,000 sign-on bonus, paid within 30 days of start date
• Up to 45 days of PTO per year
