• Opportunity to run a established Cardiothoracic Surgery Program
• Post fellowship with 5-7 years of experience in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery
• Must be able to collaborate with Medical Staff to educate and promote current and advanced procedures.
• 2 Cardiac ORs, 9 General ORs
• 3 Cardiac Cath Labs 1 hybrid room
• 2 other campuses in the system with cath labs
• 24/7 Dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia Team
• 12-Bed CVICU
• Cardiac Rehab Unit
Incentives:
• $975,000 base compensation, guaranteed for two years
• Up to $50,000 annual quality incentive
