Ophthalmology Opening in Pennsylvania Located in Kane, PA - Buffalo, NY 106m; Pittsburgh 126m Seeking a dedicated Ophthalmologist to join our team as the sole Ophthalmologist at our facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our patients in a rural community, and will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders and diseases of the eyes. You will have the autonomy to build and shape the service line, supported by a team of experienced healthcare professionals.Kane is nestled in the heart of the Allegheny National Forest with proximity to Twin Lakes and the Allegheny Reservoir. Because we are at natures doorstep, we have access to some of the best outdoor recreation found in the United States. Whether you prefer hiking and biking to hunting, fishing, cross country skiing and motorized sports, we guarantee there is an activity that you will love.Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive eye exams to diagnose and treat eye diseases, injuries, and disorders. Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and other treatments to manage eye conditions. Perform surgical procedures, including cataract removal and glaucoma treatments. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
