- Perform complex plastic and reconstructive surgeries with a focus on microvascular techniques.
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide pre- and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and long-term care planning.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and advancement of surgical practices.
- Participate in clinical research, teaching, and scholarly activities as applicable.
- Uphold professional, ethical, and institutional standards of medical practice.
Requirements:- Fellowship training in Microvascular Surgery required.
- Current, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of practice
- Proven expertise in reconstructive and microsurgical procedures
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, research, and/or teaching
