OBGYN Physician Locums Job in Indiana
Dates of Assignment: Starting October 26, 2026, ongoing
Details of Assignment:
Role includes both clinic coverage and in-house call coverage
Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN required
Opportunity for licensure; Indiana license not required to be considered
EMR: Athena
Onsite support includes RN, MA and APP
No APP supervision required
No residents or fellows
Trauma Level II facility
In-House Call / Labor and Delivery Coverage:
Provider will be worked into the current call schedule
Call will be in-house at the hospital
NRP certification required for all clinicians working on Labor and Delivery
Approximately 60 deliveries per month
Must be comfortable performing C-sections and emergent GYN cases from the ER
Respond to urgent OB/GYN consults from the Emergency Department
Evaluate every patient presenting to OB triage
Provide C-section coverage as needed
Manage emergent GYN cases presenting through the Emergency Department
Pediatrics is not in-house 24/7 but is available on call 24 hours a day
Anesthesia is not in-house 24/7 but is available on call 24 hours a day
