Our concept is a full-service, casual dining restaurant featuring a scratch kitchen and a full bar, where quality food, craft cocktails, and exceptional service come together to create memorable experiences.
What Were Looking For:
Restaurant Managers
Lead front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Build and inspire a high-performing team through training, coaching, and leadership.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance.
Maintain a fun, professional, and guest-focused environment.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and food quality.
Kitchen Managers
Oversee back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and safety.
Manage a scratch kitchen, including inventory, prep, and execution of recipes.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven experience in restaurant or kitchen management (casual-themed, full-service dining preferred).
New restaurant opening experience is a plus!
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
