Job description

  • Specialty: CRNA
  • Dates/Schedule: December 14-18, 21-24. Jan 4-8, 11-15,18-22, 25-29. Feb 1-5, 8-12, 15-19. 22-26
  • Potential for 2 Weeks On/ 2 Weeks OFF or Full time
  • Length of Assignment: Ongoing
  • Shift Hours: 7 am - 3pm
  • Call required? Call Ratio: No Weeknight or Weekend Call.
  • Case Mix: Endo, Gyn, Gen, Urology. Rectous Sheaths, QL Blocks, Femoral Adductor Canal Blocks, Tap Blocks. Inerscalened blocks. Need proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks.
  • Trauma Level: CAH. no trauma
  • Support Staff: will work solo
  • Supervision and Ratio: No supervision. All CRNA hospital.
  • Active License
  • Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
  • Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS (ACLS must be by AHA).The Independence Difference:
