Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician Compensation:$17.50/hr; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)

Must be able to work one of the following shifts:

• Thurs-Mon 7:30 AM-3:30 PM (Tues/Wed off)
• Sun-Thurs 7:30 AM-3:30 PM (Fri/Sat off).
• Tues-Sat, 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Sun, Mon off)
• Thurs & Fri, 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed off)
• Mon-Fri, Sun 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Sat off)
• Sun-Wed, 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Thu, Fri, Sat off)

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing order processing support for fulfillment and/or provide assistance in the preparation and distribution of prescription medication via the use of the fulfillment system. Follows standard operating procedures and performs duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Pharmacy Technician 1 Responsibilities

• Using prescription data entry procedures and guidelines, processes new patient registration by entering data into appropriate system. Handles patient prescription requests within HIPAA guidelines and enters refill orders for processing.
• Run automated machinery, sort medications, transition inventory through different workflow stages with a focus on quality control.
• Count and fill prescriptions, affix labels, pack and ship. Clean and help maintain machinery and maintain an orderly work area.
• Resolves Third Party Rejects by reviewing, gathering information, making corrections and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Basic PC skills and basic web/search skills
• Keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM)
• Ability to push/pull/grasp/lift and carry up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing/able to work a flexible shift
• Must obtain and maintain active pharmacy technician license or certification within the first 90 days (as required by the state)

Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification
• 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience (retail or fulfillment environment)
