We re currently looking for PM&R APPs to join our team in Syracuse, NY. We're a physician-owned and physician-led group, 15 years strong, now in 46 states and growing fast. Our PM&R APPs guide recovery and functional outcomes for patients in skilled nursing facilities, with inpatient rehab work available if you want it.
Compensation
- $125,000 $175,000 base + Sign On Bonus!

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
- Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.
- Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
