Qualifications- 2+ years of surgical PA or NP experience
- Active, unrestricted Oregon PA or NP license
- Active DEA certificate
- ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
- PA: Master's or baccalaureate degree from an ARC-PA approved program; current NCCPA certification
- NP: Master's, post-master's or doctorate from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program
