Job Title: HVAC Project Foreman
Location: Shop located in Corona, NY, 95% of work in Manhattan, all other work in the boroughs
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician who is eager to grow into a leadership role as a Project Foreman. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who wants to advance their career by developing supervisory and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, as required, according to company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently and safely.
Support project documentation and reporting efforts.
Participate in safety meetings and comply with all safety regulations.
Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors on-site.
Demonstrate leadership potential by taking initiative and learning project management tasks.
Progressively take on more responsibility leading toward a Project Superintendent role.
Qualifications: 5-7+ Years experience as an HVAC Technician or relevant technical training.
Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, familiarity with field service apps for work tickets etc.
Willingness to learn and grow into a supervisory role.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to troubleshoot effectively, read blueprints and technical manuals.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Up to date certifications - FDNY F-60 & G-60, OSHA 40 or 62 and EPA 608 are mandatory.
