Lymphedema Pump Installer (Bilingual - English & Spanish)
Location: Northern, Central and South New Jersey

MCB DME is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated
Lymphedema Pump Installer to join our growing team. This is a rewarding field-based position where you'll work directly with patients in their homes, delivering and educating them on life-changing lymphedema compression therapy equipment.

Responsibilities
Travel to patients' homes, rehabilitation facilities, and healthcare offices throughout New Jersey.
Deliver, set up, and install lymphedema compression pumps and related equipment.
Educate patients and caregivers on the proper use, care, and maintenance of their equipment.
Ensure patients are comfortable and confident operating their pump before leaving the visit.
Complete all required documentation accurately and obtain necessary patient signatures.
Coordinate with the scheduling, billing, and clinical teams to ensure exceptional patient care.
Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service during every patient interaction.
Follow all HIPAA, company, and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish
(required).
Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
(required).
Willingness to travel daily throughout the assigned service area.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently while managing a daily schedule.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
Ability to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to safely transport and install medical equipment in patients' homes.
Frequent driving between patient appointments.
