This facility is seeking a/an Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call; patient volume 8-14 patients per day
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Scope: Adult
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days
• State Licensure: Minnesota Medical License
• Requirements: Board Certified; Minnesota Medical License; Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Basic Life Support (BLS)
