Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (2-3 Days/Week Available)
Setting: Outpatient Family Health Clinic
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM/9:00 AM-6:30 PM (No Weekends, Nights, On-call)
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Practice Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced physicians and new graduates.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Serve as the primary care provider for an assigned patient panel.
Conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Interpret laboratory and imaging results and communicate findings to patients.
Provide preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management.
Provide telehealth services as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation.
Participate in quality improvement activities, chart reviews, and clinical meetings.
Supervise NPs/PAs when applicable.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Active California medical license or eligibility for licensure.
Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Preventive Medicine preferred.
Primary care, family medicine, community health, or outpatient experience preferred.
