Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

An acute care hospital in Cottonwood, AZ is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN for upcoming locum tenens coverage.

Located in the "Heart of the Verde Valley Wine Country". An easy trip from Phoenix only an hour and a half drive. Old Town is known for its Main Street with over 60 businesses that attract visitors and support local residents.

Position Highlights:

• 24-hour shifts: 7 a.m. 7 a.m.
• October 9 12 and November 6 9
• Potential for additional coverage
• Inpatient OB/L&D setting
• Approximately 0 1 deliveries per shift
• Average callback of 2 6 hours
• Emergency obstetric care
• Labor & delivery and postpartum management
• Nurse Mid-Wife support
• Cerner EMR
• Travel and lodging reimbursement available

Requirements:

• BC/BE OB/GYN
• AZ license or IMLC eligibility
• DEA certification
• Minimum 1 year clinical OB experience
• Current case logs
• Recent clinical activity required
• COVID and Flu vaccination required
• Credentialing approximately 30 days
