• Hospital employed practice seeks BC/BE Nephrologist to join their team
• Competitive base salary offered plus bonus incentives to be discussed with employer directly
• Free-Standing Nephrology Specialty Care Clinic
• Inpatient/Outpatient Dialysis panel of 300 patients
• Supervise APCs (additional compensation provided)
• Average number of patients seen: Hospital 11-15 per day; Clinic 13-16 per day
• 1:4 Call Rotation One week (Mon-Sun) Hospital Call Rotation
• Primary coverage at Bellin Hospital with some additional coverage within the city
• Outreach clinics and telemedicine coverage
• Catchment area of 650,000
