Job Responsibilities
- Manage a mix of pediatric and adult patients
- Provide care for chronic pain management
- Ensure chart closure within 72 hours of patient encounter
- Perform well-woman care and IUD insertion/removal as preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (5 years or less since residency)
- Active DEA required before the start date
- Compliance with immunization requirements for credentialing, including current flu vaccine and TB status
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Minimum of 18 patients per day

- Proficiency in family medicine, including basic gynecological procedures
