You will step into an established, high-volume EP service line with strong referral flow and clear demand for an additional electrophysiologist. This is a permanent EP Cardiology position based in the Ocala and Central Florida region, supporting nearby hospitals and an outpatient clinic and ASC footprint. - High-volume EP growth: You will join a busy, referral-driven cardiology group adding EP capacity to support ongoing volume and regional growth.
- Customizable work week: Monday to Friday schedule with a typical mix of 3 to 4 lab or hospital days and 1.5 to 2 clinic days, adjustable to fit your style.
- No Call
- Full clinical support: Fully staffed MAs, APPs, and specialized clinical staff, with a stated goal to add a dedicated EP APP as your volume grows.
- Strong compensation runway: Base salary typically starts around $550,000 for fellows and $600,000 for experienced candidates, plus a net collections model and year 1 incentive potential up to $725,000 total.
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology.
- Fellows considered on a case-by-case basis, with preference for physicians who can practice autonomously without heavy hand-holding.
- J1 and H1B candidates considered; H1B transfer preferred due to timeline considerations.
