Job Details:
Full-time general anesthesia physician position35-45 cases daily with high-level acuity including cardiovascular, transplant, endoscopy, electrophysiology, catheterization, orthopedic, and neurology casesShift hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with evening cardiovascular beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call as backup to in-house providersWeekend and occasional weeknight general beeper call coverage requiredMust be willing to work own cases independently as well as supervise CRNAs depending on daily censusCare team model in place with PHY/CRNA medical supervisionSupport staff includes anesthesia technicians, nursing, and operating room assistantsPossible case types include general anesthesia, monitored care, neuraxial, and peripheral nerve blocksEMR systems used: Medaxion, Meditech, and Patient KeeperFlorida state medical license requiredBoard certified or board eligible requiredDEA/CSR requirements applyFacility:
