Pain Management or Primary Care Physician with 3+ Years of Chronic Pain Management Needed in South Carolina
Position:
- Community Health Organization with 13 outpatient clinics throughout Northern South Carolina, all referring to you
- Average 15-20 patients a day, will always have nurse support
- Able to call one location home, or travel to a few sites each week, up to provider
- Majority of position with be pain management through medication management
- Physician will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain, with evidence-based management techniques and treatment
- Focus on utilizing Buprenorphine as the treatment of choice for chronic pain, utilizing opioids sparingly and only when necessary
- Familiarity with MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment)/Suboxone program
- Ryan White affiliation and work with 340B Pharmacies
- Ability to also perform higher acuity cases is capable - epidurals, steroid injections, nerve blocks, ablation, and spinal cord stimulator
Offering:
- Salary of $230,000-$275,000 base salary, Fulltime position 4-5 days a week
- $20,000 sign on bonus
