CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver Pay & Miles
- Pay Range: $0.66 $0.72 CPM
- Average 2,300 2,500 miles/week
- Limited Time $5,000 sign on!
- $250 Orientation Pay $1,000 vacation pay
- $Monthly safety bonus based on performance
- Bi-annual compensation reviews
- Unlimited referral incentives $2,000 per hired driver

CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 21
- Valid CDL-A
- 6-12 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience
(within last 3 years)
- Refrigerated experience
- Safe driving record
