• 24 hour call coverage, 7 am to 7 am

• Ongoing coverage need beginning January 2027

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Urology, or Board Eligible with eligibility within 5 years
• Indiana license required, will wait for license with active IMLC LOQ only, Open to IMLC Physicians
• BLS and ATLS required
