  • Credentialing Timeline: 30-90 days
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
  • Required
    • Child (3-13 years)
    • Adolescent (13-18 years)
    • General outpatient

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: Board Certified required
  • Licenses: Licensed in CA
  • DEA: Required
  • Certifications: BLS
  • Experience: Board Eligible considered (5 years or less since residency)
  • Other Qualifications: EMR proficiency in Epic, Chart closure within 72 hours
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient primary care to a mix of pediatric and adult patients.
  • Manage chronic pain conditions.
  • Ensure chart closure within 72 hours.
  • See a minimum of 18 patients per day.
  • Collaborate with support staff including RNs and MAs.
