Facility:This regional medical center is a modern facility, only 6 years new, offering a welcoming and well-equipped environment for healthcare professionals. The neurology clinic sees approximately 25 patients per day with a supportive medical assistant on staff, and utilizes Cerner as its primary EMR system.

Job Details:- Provide APP support for an outpatient Neurology clinic in a full-time locum capacity
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM with admin time 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM; paid lunch break from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
- See approximately 25 patients per day including consults and established patients
- Perform and/or read EMGs and EEGs
- Administer Botox for migraines if credentialed
- Active Arizona license required at time of credentialing
- AANP or ANCC certification required if NP; NCCPA certification required if PA
- Active ACLS and BLS required or must be willing to obtain during credentialing
- Active DEA required or must be willing to obtain during credentialing
- Clean malpractice and background history required
- Cerner EMR experience required - candidates must provide years of experience, last date of use, and last facility where Cerner was utilized
- CV must be submitted in chronological order in MM/YYYY format
- Candidates must disclose specific available dates from December 7 through February 26 and the number of shifts per month they can commit to on an ongoing basis
- Credentialing timeframe is 60-90 days after receipt of a completed application with a clean file
- Position covers overflow needs with ongoing dates beginning in March as schedules are released
Compensation:Competitive hourly rates ($120.00 - $125.00/hr.) with weekly pay and malpractice included.
