Pay: $17.50 per hour
Several Shift Options:
Candidates may choose from any of the following days or times:
- 7:30 AM-3:30 PM: Thursday-Monday or Sunday-Thursday
- 3:30 PM-1:30 AM: Tuesday-Saturday, Thursday-Friday, Monday-Friday, or Sunday-Wednesday

Pharmacy Technician Job Summary
This Pharmacy Technician role supports prescription processing and medication fulfillment within a micro-fulfillment center. The position works with pharmacy fulfillment systems and automated equipment to help move prescriptions through the workflow, from order processing and medication preparation through packaging and shipment. Entry-level pharmacy candidates are welcome, and pharmacy technician experience, certification, or licensure is preferred.
Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities
- Process prescription orders and patient information using established pharmacy data entry procedures and fulfillment systems.
- Enter refill orders, handle prescription requests within HIPAA guidelines, and resolve data entry exceptions.
- Review prescription information, interpret common medical abbreviations and SIG codes, and obtain missing information when needed.
- Operate automated fulfillment machinery and move medications and inventory through different workflow stages.
- Count and fill prescriptions, apply labels, and prepare completed orders for packing and shipment.
- Review and resolve third-party prescription rejects by gathering information, making necessary corrections, and resubmitting orders.
- Assist pharmacists and communicate workflow or prescription issues to senior staff when appropriate.
- Clean and help maintain automated equipment and keep the work area organized.
- Obtain and maintain an active pharmacy technician license or certification within the first 90 days of employment.
Pharmacy Technician Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Computer skills, including navigating programs, saving and printing documents, and accessing information online.
- Pharmacy technician license or certification must be obtained within the first 90 days and maintained throughout the assignment.
Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- PTCB or ExCPT certification.
- Previous pharmacy technician experience in a retail or fulfillment environment.
- Previous experience with prescription processing, medication fulfillment, or pharmacy automation is a plus.
