A Well-established, federally qualified health center delivering whole-person care across Missouri and Kansas. This role offers the ability to make a meaningful difference while practicing in a collaborative, team-based environment designed to support efficiency and physician satisfaction.

You will work within a patient-centered medical home supported by integrated behavioral health, dental, and specialty services. With manageable patient volumes, dedicated administrative time, this position allows you to focus on delivering high-quality care while maintaining work-life balance.

Opportunity Highlights

• Employed pediatrics position with structured 5-day, 40-hour schedule
• Manageable daily volume (1620 patients) with built-in scheduling buffers
• Dedicated 2:1 clinical support staff model (medical assistants and nursing support)
• Practice in an integrated care environment including behavioral health and dental services
