Reason for Coverage:

• Internal provider retiring

Schedule:

• 6 shifts per month

• Friday-Sunday

• Monday-Thursday coverage may also be available every 2 months when the Medical Director takes a week off

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

Practice Setting:

• Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit

• EMR: Epic

Patient Volume:

• 2-3 admissions per day

• Approximately 6-12 patients per day, depending on admissions

Patient Population / Case Types:

• CVA patients

• Hip fracture patients

• Non-traumatic spinal cord compression patients

• Amputee patients

• Status post-CABG patients

• Debility

• Critical illness myopathy
