- Schedule Details: Clinic, procedures, OR, and daytime call from 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch

- Certifications Needed: DEA Controlled Substance Regulation Certificate
- Patient Population/Case Load: Minimum 14 patients per day, no pediatric patients
- Case Mix: Special procedures including ureteroscopies
- Monthly Schedule:
- January: 4-8, 18-22
- February: 1-5, 15-19
- March: 8-12, 22-26, 29-April 2
- April: 12-16, 19-23
- May: 10-14
- June: 1-4, 21-25
- Support Staff: 3 Medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, practice manager
