Urgent Care -Physician

Major Health System is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine physician to work as a full-time Urgent Care provider.

• Requires at least 3 years experience

• Opportunity to become Medical Director

• Every other weekend is required.

• Hourly rate with quarterly incentives

Structure of position:

• Provider will work 3 weekdays one week/2 weekend days plus two weekdays the following week, weekly avg. 40hrs

  • Provider will be expected to work every other weekend

• Excellent clinical staff, administrative and management support

• They utilize EPIC EMR systemwide

• Malpractice insurance paid, annual CME allowance, PTO plus many extras

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• DOT Certification preferred

• Georgia Medical licensure or eligibility

• Located just 6 5 mile s west of Atlanta, this location is a thriving small town with surprisingly big appeal. The area offers residents a suburban rural mix feel and most residents rent their homes. Many retirees live here and residents tend to be conservative.
