Position Highlights
- Flexible Practice Settings: Multiple clinic locations and infusion centers throughout Southern California, supported by experienced APPs.
- Predictable Workflow: Monday through Friday outpatient schedule with dedicated infusion center time and a balanced call structure.

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Salary: Competitive base salary with wRVU performance bonuses ($650K-$800K realistic earning potential once established)

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Open to both graduating fellows and experienced physicians
- Strong interest in community-based patient care and clinical research
- Must not require visa sponsorship
