Shaping the business development strategy and initiatives for GESi USA utilizing inventory system management and optimization, including multi-stage and reconditioning workflows to ensure improvements to service delivery to clients, client acquisition and retention strategies, management policies, systems, processes, and practices. Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Business Development and Sales division and ensuring that it is structured for maximum revenue generation, expense control, and increased profitability to include automotive assembly-line workflow and production efficiency design, including workstation optimization, QC processes, and reconditioning workflows. Evaluating market research and studies to identify industry developments and opportunities in order to devise strategic initiatives to grow the business into regional and national markets within the U.S through trade-show representation for emissions and performance automotive products, including SEMA participation and B2B product integration discussions. Assessing areas of competitive advantage in order to develop and implement business plans that optimize product positioning, distribution networks, and growth in targeted consumer segments providing aftermarket automotive product development consulting, including evaluation, positioning, and integration of new performance components. Providing leadership and guidance essential to training and professional development of team of direct reports and ensuring that assigned responsibilities are being carried out effectively to meet business development objectives as it relates to product selection, fitment guidance, and testing support for exhaust manufacturers and performance shops. Directing business development activities to position the company for growth to include high-performance exhaust and emissions component integration, including fitment, thermal behavior, and compatibility challenges in motorsports and aftermarket applications. Supporting international and cross-border business development initiatives by coordinating regulatory, logistics, and distribution considerations for emissions and performance automotive products sold into U.S. and international markets. Developing and supporting B2Bpricing strategies, margin structures, and commercial models for emissions and performance automotive products sold through wholesale, distributor, and integrator channels. Coordinating business development planning with operations, inventory, and logistics stakeholders to support inventory planning, distribution execution, and cross-border supply chain needs for emissions and performance automotive.
Education and Experience Requirements
Requires two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related.

Experience must have included Automotive supply chain engineering, including international sourcing, landed cost modeling, and distribution design for specialty emissions and performance automotive components; High-performance exhaust and emissions component integration, including fitment, thermal behavior, and compatibility challenges in motorsports and aftermarket applications; Automotive assembly-line workflow and production efficiency design, including workstation optimization, QC processes, and reconditioning workflows; Automotive B2B pricing structures and complex margin modeling, including wholesale pricing ladders and dealership/integrator margin construction; Technical trade-show representation for emissions and performance automotive products, including SEMA participation and B2B product integration discussions; Aftermarket automotive product development consulting, including evaluation, positioning, and integration of new performance components; Automotive inventory system management and optimization, including multi-stage and reconditioning workflows; Performance automotive technical sales and integrator support, including product selection, fitment guidance, and testing support for exhaust manufacturers and performance shops; and Cross-border logistics and regulatory navigation related to automotive product importation/exportation between Canada, the U.S., and overseas suppliers.
Travel Requirements
Will travel 15% US & Intl to attend trade shows to represent company, visit testing sites for emissions testing for customers and marketing for motorsports clients.
