Shift Details
- Estimated Start Date: January 4, 2027
- Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Starting January 4, 2027, for long-term coverage until permanent providers are hired.
- Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (or 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
- Patient Population/Case Load: Approximately 22 patients per shift
- Case Mix: 100% Outpatient Clinic
- Trauma Level: Level 2
- Seeking two (2) providers to assist in the clinic. Each provider must consistently commit to at least 2 weeks of coverage per month.
Licensing and Privileging
- License: An active Washington state license or an IMLC membership is required.
- Willing to License: No
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
