Job description

  • Scope: seeing adults for primary care and occupational medicine
  • Setting: on-site clinic for company employees
  • Dates:ASAP 1/3/2027 with possibility of extension
  • Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p
  • Volume: 2 patients per hour
  • Staffing model: 2 APPs, 2 RNs, 1 LPN
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Experience: 2+ years of PA experience
  • Requirements: Active MN license, DEA, BLS
