Position: Welder / Fabricator

Location: Local candidates in the Jersey City / Elizabeth, New Jersey area preferred

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator who can hit the ground running with minimal orientation and training.

The ideal candidate will have:

3+ years of recent welding and fabrication experience, including electric and gas welding.

Previous experience working with large sanitation, recycling, industrial, or similar equipment is strongly preferred.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and work independently.

Ability to take direction, learn the company's procedures, and then work independently with minimal supervision.

Prior welding technical school, vocational training, or equivalent welding education/experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Reliable, hardworking, dependable, and looking for a long-term career with an established company.

Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive at work on time every day.

Valid New Jersey driver's license and your own transportation.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. U.S. citizenship is preferred; permanent residents (green-card holders) are welcome to apply.

Ability to pass a background check.

Must be willing and able to pass a welding skills test and, if required, a drug screening.
