What You'll Do
As an LPN, you will play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing direct nursing care according to established plans of care
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitoring patients and reporting changes in condition
- Obtaining and documenting vital signs and clinical information
- Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Communicating with RNs, physicians, CNAs, patients, and families
- Following infection control, safety, and facility procedures
- Supporting patients with compassion while maintaining dignity and confidentiality
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide an exceptional patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Current and unrestricted LPN license for the state of assignment
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Must successfully pass a drug screening
- Ability to meet required background and credentialing requirements
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous clinical experience preferred
