Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

Outpatient Primary Care locums need for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician in Michigan, clinic only with no call. Full time weekday coverage is preferred with clinic hours generally aligned to an 8a to 5p schedule.

Practice Setting

• Outpatient primary care clinic, adult primary care
• Performance target at least 2.0 completed visits per clinic hour
• Appointment lengths generally do not exceed 30 minutes
• Support includes MA or LPN plus referral team, prior auth team, and RN navigators

Schedule

• Weekday clinic coverage, Monday through Friday, no call
• Clinic hours generally align to approximately 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Full time coverage preferred
• Template targets about 36 patient facing clinic hours per week plus administrative and in basket time

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Michigan license required, will wait for license with active IMLC LOQ only, open to IMLC Physicians
• BLS and DEA required
