PATIENT INFORMATION
  • Average Daily Volume: 18-20 patients per day
  • Case Mix: Consistent with Pain Management procedures (follow-ups, new consults, medication management)
FACILITY INFORMATION
  • EMR System: EPIC
  • Specialty Backup Available: Supervising Physician onsite 3 days per week
  • Support Staff Available: Registered Nurses, Experienced Support Staff
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
  • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
  • Patient evaluations and follow-up visits
  • Medication management
  • Development of individualized treatment plans
  • Accurate and prompt clinical documentation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses: Active South Carolina (SC) license and DHEC
  • DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
  • Other Qualifications: EPIC experience required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in collaboration with registered nurses and the supervising physician.
  • Manage an average daily schedule of 18-20 patients, including follow-up visits and new patient evaluations.
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide medication management in accordance with established clinical protocols and applicable regulations.
  • Document patient assessments, treatment decisions, and care plans accurately and promptly.
