Welder

We are seeking an aluminum Welder to fabricate gangways, docks, and bridges in a shop-based environment. This role works independently and in team settings on assigned projects, applying aluminum welding, fitting, and blueprint interpretation skills to produce quality fabricated components.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Perform aluminum welding on gangways, docks, and bridges.
• Fit and align components for fabrication and repair.
• Complete independent welding assignments in a shop-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of aluminum welding experience.
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
• Blueprint reading skills.
• Knowledge of weld inspection and metal fabrication.
• Understanding of welding safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Currently running multiple shifts and overtime

M-F 6:00am - 2:30pm

M-F 2:00pm-10:30pm

Must pass a math and weld test
